Leonteq AG (SIX: LEON) hat heute die Traktanden und die Anträge des
Verwaltungsrats für die ausserordentliche Generalversammlung 2025
veröffentlicht.
An der ordentlichen Generalversammlung vom 27. März 2025 wurde die
vorgeschlagene maximale fixe Vergütung sowie die maximale langfristige variable
Vergütung der Geschäftsleitung für das Geschäftsjahr 2026 von den Aktionären
nicht genehmigt. Seitdem hat Leonteq mit ihren grössten Aktionären Gespräche
geführt und Schritte unternommen, um die Vergütungsstruktur mit den Erwartungen
der Aktionäre und den strategischen Zielen des Unternehmens in Einklang zu
bringen.
An der kommenden ausserordentlichen Generalversammlung von Leonteq schlägt der
Verwaltungsrat eine deutliche Reduktion der maximalen Vergütung für die
Mitglieder der Geschäftsleitung für das Geschäftsjahr 2026 vor.
