AUSSERORDENTLICHEN GENERALVERSAMMLUNG 2025

Die Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre von Leonteq AG (SIX: LEON) stimmten an der
heutigen ausserordentlichen Generalversammlung allen Vorschlägen des
Verwaltungsrats zu.
An der heutigen virtuellen Versammlung waren rund 63% der ausgegebenen Aktien
von Leonteq vertreten. 1’085 Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre wurden durch die
unabhängige Stimmrechtsvertreterin mit 11’652’358 Aktien vertreten, während 13
Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre mit 65’513 Aktien online teilnahmen.
Die Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre stimmten den vorgeschlagenen Statutenänderungen
sowie einer signifikanten Reduktion der maximalen Vergütung für die Mitglieder
der Geschäftsleitung für das Geschäftsjahr 2026 zu.
